I found the expression' All I did was converting oxygeon into carbon dioxide' and it means really boring. Is it common or naturay way to say instead of saying that boring?

How was your weened/vaction/class?

Boring. All I did was converting oxyteon into carbon dioxide.

    No. It's an unusual, funny way to say that all you did was breathe.

    No, it's neither common nor natural. Most average people wouldn't find it amusing, either, because they wouldn't understand what you meant. I don't suggest that you use it.
