corre a la vuelta

I am translating a Peruvian birth certificate and an attached letter. Part of the letter reads as follows, "...que van autorizando la Partida de Nacimiento que corre a la vuelta y por tal razon se asienta esta legalizacion..." I am especially puzzled by the phrase "corre a la vuelta," and even the native Spanish speakers in my office were unfamiliar with the term. Any Peruvians or others out there able to make sense of it? Thanks.
