This is at the end of a medical report: CORRELACIONAR CON CLINICA

My attempt(s):
CORRELATE WITH CLINIC.
TO CORRELATE CLINICALLY.
CLINICALLY CORRELATE
The original has all manner of periods and commas in the most odd places, which make is difficult to decipher exactly how to render that part.
I personally think it's off, so I am looking at better phrasing. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    What does it mean? To compare the results with the clinic?
    Usually, to relate some results (i.e. blood test, x-ray findings) to the signs and symptoms that the patient shows. Some test alterations might be more or less relevant depending on its clinical correlation (i.e. "unexpected finding on the MRI should be assessed clinically"). In other cases, some test results simply do not correlate with actual clinical findings but might be a cue to predict the evolution of some medical problem. Specific context is key.
