    Buongiorno,
    E' corretto scrivere in inglese:
"Certain that You will once again demonstrate the high quality standards that distinguish Your firm we are confident that You will immediately solve the problem. Otherwise, we will be forced to evaluate another supplier."?
    Grazie

What about "We sure that you are going to demonstrate us your high quality standards once again, we trust, you would like to solve the problem as soon as possible. On the contrary , we will be forced to take into consideration another supplier" ?

I think I would depart from a literal translation, and write something like:

We hope that you would wish to protect your reputation for high quality standards by finding a prompt resolution for this problem, thereby eliminating the need for us to assess other suppliers.
