Hi
what could mean "costs shall be efficiently incured" ?
I don't understand "incured"
perhaps "les couts devraient être efficacement couverts ?"
Thanks in advance for your help

'costs incurred' = 'coûts supportés' , maybe.
But then, that does not go well with 'efficacement'. If the sentence allows it, you could say 'les coûts devraient être efficacement répartis' .
Can you give the complete sentence, please ?

Je pense que "incured" en anglais ca peut se traduire par "engagés" en français.

Ca donnerait : "les dépenses devraient être efficacement engagées"

the complete sentence is "our costs shall be efficiently incurred (double R) and should be charged back to the users on a non-discriminatory basis"
I have got this one too "Information regarding the costs incurred by us for this purpose shall be made publicly available".
    ???

Cool, j'ai appris quelque chose : la traduction est différente selon qu'il s'agit du domaine commercial (frais engagés) ou financier (coûts supportés). Merci pour le lien, binette.

Could I suggest that this is a spelling error - the correct version in BE is incurred (rhymes with bird) and not incured (which if it existed would rhyme with insured).
    Unless it's a regional variant?
