Please Do someone give me the correct traslation?

How much difficulty did you have with coughing or wheezing for ten minutes or more at a time?

My attemp:

¿Cúanta dificultad tuvo con toser y fatigarse por diez minutos o más al mismo tiempo?

    En vez de fatigarse que es una idea más general yo utilizaría jadeo/jadear.

    Well, in medical spanish, there is an exact translation for wheezing : "sibilancias", (I'm a doctor) but it does'nt seem to match into the phrase.

    Wheezing is a "whistling" from the chest as opposed to a cough that occurs in the throat. This is a key symptom that doctors ask patients who have asthma.
