<could help> vs. <could inspire>

Here, "could help" and "could inspire" appear to have shared the same meaning. Is therea nuance between the two? My guess is that "could help" tends to mean "could aid us in a practical way" while "could inspire" have a sense to "could off us insights about something in a spiritual way."
