count/rely on someone 100 percent

"I could always count on him 100 percent for anything."
Would you please tell me, is the above sentence acceptable in English, and if so, is it something you would say in everyday conversation?

    Assuming you're asking about the phrase "count/rely on [someone] 100 percent", I would say yes, it's idiomatic enough. :)
