I'm in a rush, so I'll give the answer in English so I don't have to think!

Example: Asking price from seller = 650
Buyer's first offer= 585 [10% less than asking price]
Seller's Counter-offer= 618 [about 5% less than the original asking price, thus "splitting the difference" between the first ask and the first bid.

Is short, a counter offer is a response to an offer.

Yes, the seller's current offer is 535k. I should just like to clarify that the exception to the furniture is a computer table, rather than a PC.
