coup de cul à travers

J'ai du mal à comprendre ce qui y est décrit -qu'est-ce qu'un coup de cû à travers? J'imagine que 'cû' est une forme vieillie de 'cul'...

"Voyez-vous cet enfant, après qui tout le monde court, si la reine, en le faisant, eût donné un coup de cû à travers, ce n'eût été qu'une ordure qui fut tombée dans les draps et qui eût fait mal au coeur de la femme de chambre qui eût fait le lit."

Ma tentative:

"Look at this child, who has everyone running after him, if the queen, whilst pregnant, had given a [je ne sais quoi], he would have been nothing but rubbish that would have fallen onto the sheets and made the chambermaid feel ill as she made the bed."

    Nice piece of republican invective!

    The sense must surely be something like this:

    "Look at this child, who has everyone running after him. If the queen had dropped one [i.e. a fart] whilst giving birth, he would have been just a turd falling on to the sheets and making the chambermaid feel sick as she made the bed."

    My poor innocent, naive little mind was unable to fathom what a coup de cul could be. That makes good sense though.
