Well, it's me again, just because a problematic sentences in one of the English magazines!

Please have a look at the following sentences:

Firefox once reigned supreme—as a browser with extensions—but Chrome is coming to usurp the throne. It doesn’t offer a big library of extensions, comparatively, but couple what it has with incredible speed and you’ve got a winner.
What is the real meaning of red part? I really can not found any meaningful meaning for this sentences!.
