Croatian: abbreviations "th", "org"

Hello,

An excerpt from a doctor's (neurologist) report:

Org. neurol. nalaz — znaci periferne neuropatije.

Dg. MCI
Peripheral neuropathy

Th: dalje ista.

It seems as though "dg." stands for "dijagnoza" and "MCI" stands for "mild cognitive impairment".

But what about "org." and "th"?

(I thought that "th" might be short for "therapy", i.e. medical treatment, but the Croatian word for this doesn't seem to have an "h".)

Latin abbreviations are often used in medicine instead of vernacular languages. If this does not apply to English it's probably only because basically all English medical terminology actually consists of anglicised Latin vocab. ;-)

I don't speak Croatian, but I made a quick check in an online dictionary and did not find any Croatian words which would begin with "Th" - so perhaps it's a Latin abbreviation indeed.

Jasio is right, medical vocab is frequently Greek or Latin in origin - Th is probably therapy (θεραπεία), which is clear from the context too, and dg. could be διάγνωσις (diagnōsis) rather than dijagnoza.
Org. is probably "organic" or something similar. You should have a specialist look at it to be sure, IMO.

Thanks, though I don't think this interpretation of "Th" is so contextually evident that it can be assumed without any further expertise.
