We all understand the meaning but the English has an idiom ("move into money") and an expression ("power trip") which would need equivalents in S-C.

Maybe:
-"Dolaze do novca": idiomatic, colloquial like "move into money".
-"ili ih moć opija": idiomatic, retains the druggy allusion of "power trip".
