Are these two expressions correct? Can we use both interchangeably?

    1. I go on a cycling tour every month.
    2. I go on a bicycle trip every month.

They are both grammatically correct and are more or less interchangeable.

I mostly agree. However, I would say "cycling tour" only if the activity is organized and managed by someone else, or if it involves a group of people with advance planning. If I just get on my bicycle and go somewhere, I would only say "bicycle trip."
