CZ: Obchod s lidmi, obchod (s)* bílým masem (the latter is less general since it is mostly used for Caucasian women, i.e. sex trafficking - but it wouldn't shock me to see it in other contexts, too)
* Obchod + pure instrumental without a preposition sounds a bit quaint nowadays, but it is still in use. "Obchod s" prevails.
