d’apprécier le chemin parcouru

This is not a particularly hard translation but I'm looking for something really fluent. I would also like to conserve the idea of "parcours" or "chemin" rather than render it as "achievements" or "accomplishments."

Cette rencontre nous permettra d’apprécier le chemin parcouru au cours de la dernière année et de continuer nos réflexions visant à orienter nos actions communes.

This meeting will be an opportunity to take stock of our progressover the past year and to continue to reflect on the future orientation of our common strategies.

Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks.
