Danish: Can I use "tusindvis" to refer a number more than 10,000?

Tusindvis means 'several/many thousand', and tusindvis af X is a subjective expression that there is an abundance of X.
There is no objective upper limit. But if you get to 30,000 or more, I think it would be more appropriate to use titusindvis 'several/many tens of thousands'.

You can, but why would you? You use "tusindvis" to make it look like a bit more and if it were in fact 33,333 you would make it look like less by not saying "titusindvis".
