From a doctor's report (emphasis is mine):

Pt. udskrives med

rp. tbl. [name of medication] 1 tablet x 3 i 5 dage
rp. tbl. [name of medication] 1 g x 2 i 5 dage
rp. stående indlæggelse til K5 indtil han tager hjem

I'd guess that "pt." stands for "patient" and "tbl." for "tablet", and apparently "K5" is a ward in this hospital.

But "rp." = ????

Danish Wikipedia says that it's short for the Latin word recipe.
It seems like it's put in front of each medicine (and other treatment?) that the doctor has prescribed for the patient.
