Does anybody know the meaning of this word in Dari?

The whole sentence is: "Laylomaa-yeshan nemiaayand?"

Longing for a reply, I'm wondering if Laylomaa could be a proper name...I'm going ahead with the reading of the novel...but I'm not sure!!!!
