Hello, I am wondering about how the different English speakers handle date-time formats.

Here in the US, we use mm/dd/yy for date and the 12 hour (with am/pm) for time.

UK uses dd/mm/yy for date, but what about time?

And I'm clueless about Australia, New Zealand, S. Africa, Canada, India, etc

I'm asking because I'm localising my application, and am wondering how many different entries I would need.

    In the UK:

    Dates: dd/mm/yyyy or /yy or all written out, e.g. 18 February 2007

    Time: AM/PM or 24-hour clock

Personally I prefer the full, written-out date and the 24-hour clock, they can't be ambiguous.
