je dois écrire une lettre de condoléances à la maman d'un collègue, j'ai commencé mais ai du mal à traduire la suite.
    Pouvez-vous m'aider? Merci!

We were greatly saddened to learn of the passing of your mum.
Nous sommes de tout coeur avec vous, and send you our most sincere condolences.
    Avec toute notre sympathie,

How about "You are in our thoughts (and prayers)" or "Our hearts go out to you during this difficult time"? They are both common phrases you'd find for this.

    Our thoughts are with you.

We often say "our thoughts and prayers are with you" in circumstances like this. You can decide if you want to add "and prayers."
In any case, you will need to add "we" after the comma and before "and."
Avec toute notre sympathie = With our deepest sympathy
