dejar caer la cabeza hacia atrás [signo de hastío/cansancio]

Español, Argentina
Hi everyone.
I would like to ask you if you think this brief description about a this gesture sounds good/natural, or if you know a way to briefly describe it in English [maybe one single word or verb?, reverse dictionaries are not useful unfortunately].

Context: this is a brief description of the body language of characters who are in middle of a long dialogue.

[extra help: gesto de dejar caer la cabeza hacia atrás como signo de hastío o cansancio extremo.]

"She sighed, then drew back her head, and looked at the ceiling."

Any correction will be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

She sighed, then leaned her head back and looked at the ceiling would be the usual way to say that.
