    The analysts' impression is that North Korea is demanding that the UNSC apologize for having condemned its (that is, North Korea's) test-firing.

    Would you pleas tell me if UNSC has apologized for that issue? Or just a demand from N.Kroean?
    May I think N.Kroean is demanding that UNSC (should) apologize for that issue?

    That's the impression analysts are getting from the North's latest and probably most sensational demand, that the United Nations Security Council issue an apology for having condemned its test-firing of a long-range Taepodong-2 missile on April 5.

    Can I think the red part of the sentence means "the impression "?

    As I see it, the part in red refers to “demand”: there has been a demand by the North that the US issue… The impression that analysts are getting is specified in the preceding sentence(s).
