James Cameron once said:

"I'm demanding, and I'm demanding on my crew..."

Do I get it right that the first part of the sentence expresses his trait to be demanding, and the second refers to the specific situation?

    Hi KnightMove,
I think you've got it right, and so has Yin Zhen.
    I take it to mean:
I'm demanding (of everyone, as a general character trait), and I direct that general character trait towards my crew (in addition to my family, friends, bartenders and waitresses, random people on the street...).
