The translation seems fine, but I'm not sure what is meant (in either Spanish or English) by "desarrollo" / "development" of a contract -- unless this refers to the negotiation and/or conclusion of future contracts (i.e., contracts subordinate to the one containing this phrase)?

Thank you!! desarrollo referred to as the way the parties ¿ejercen? their rights and fulfil their obligations derived from the contract.. any clue??

Sí, creo que lo que Lauragrh ha sugerido, "administration", sería una buena traducción.

Por cierto, ejercer (en este contexto) se dice "exercise" en inglés. (P.ej., "The party exercised its rights under the contract...")

No estoy de acuerdo. Desarrollo y ejecucción de contratos es la preparación y ejecucción del contrato.
En palabras más simples es hacer los contratos y usarlos para lo cual fueron creados.
