"blurry" is a result of to be "out of phase".

I think she can use "out of phase" word, meanwhile she find another translation.

The words are blurry because the ink was injected out of phase.
The words are blurry because the "ink nozzle" was out of phase.

No sé cómo se dice inyector de tinta, usé "ink nozzle" (device that inject ink, it is like a printer)

Xavier, has hecho buena búsqueda, pero peruviangirl está siendo clara al decir que está usando descase en vez de desfasado. Y en el lugar en que vive élla, usan descase por desfasado. Pertenecen a las palabras que se usan, y no son reconocidas en la RAE. Pero tienes razón, descase no es una palabra de uso universal. Es la primera vez que la oigo

'out of register' or 'out of registration'. To register in printing means to
properly align the type [in old-fashioned letterpress printing] or plates [in offset printing] such that the image is placed where it belongs. This is especially critical in color printing, in which the final result depends on multiple images being printed in exactly the same place, thus combining individual colors to produce what you see in a magazine or brochure. In one-color
jobs, such as printing onto packaging materials, registration simply means printing the words or images exactly where they belong.
