despatch and delivery

Hello,

I'm a little bit confused about the usage of the word 'deliver/delivery'. Can it be used sometimes in the meaning of 'despatch'?

For example,

Please, inform us when the goods are ready for despatch (can we use delivery here instead of despatch?)

Please, advise us the time of delivery (can it mean the time of despatch?)

despatch means sending the items

delivery means sending the items and that they are received i.e. delivered to the customer

time of delivery is arrival time at destination
