Hi,

Please advise, what is the proper word to describe an electronic "space" maintained by the Ministry of Justice where a sworn tarnslator records the details about the translation assignments (specification of public authorities or natural or legal entities that commissioned the translation, subject of translation, original and target language, date, number of pages, number of copies handed over, price, etc.).

Is it diary or journal?

Thanks,

A.

Electronic Diary of Court of Experts, Translators and Interpreters
Electronic Journal of Court of Experts, Translators and Interpreters

Maybe a 'record'? 'Register' sounds good too. Diary and journal sound wrong in this official, impersonal, formal context.

one more option offered by dictionary: day-book (a daily record of translations), so as translations are irregular this could be "book". What do you think?

    and another option:

The translation is recorded is the translator's register of translations in the Electronic Register of Court of Experts, Translators and Interpreters under number ...
