A Alherrem New Member Whittier, CA, USA Mexican Spanish Jun 30, 2009 #3 "Dictamen de Procedencia" is a legal procedure where a committee, or a overseeing board approves the expenses for a project or the project itself to continue. It is, in way, an "order to continue" but I couldn't find if this is common legal jargon. Gracias!
