Dictamen de Procedencia

  • "Dictamen de Procedencia" is a legal procedure where a committee, or a overseeing board approves the expenses for a project or the project itself to continue. It is, in way, an "order to continue" but I couldn't find if this is common legal jargon.

This "procedencia" in Spanish means "que procede" or that it corresponds or it is appropriate... maybe "Due"?
