Did you get over your sickness right before you started your new job?

大家好!

I have a Chinese friend who was recently sick with a fever (last weekend) and also recently started a new job (this past week). I wanted to ask him "Did you get over your fever (and sickness) before you started your new job?" (He is now doing better!)
Would anyone know how to say this in Chinese?
Thanks!

    I'd say “你开始新的岗位工作)之前,病好身体恢复)了没有?”.

    Alternatively, you could say,

    在開始新的工作之前,你的病 (sickness) 好了沒有?
    在開始新的工作之前,你的燒 (fever) ....退了沒有?

In fact, the most natural and colloquial way in Chinese follows regular time sequence.
    I.e.
    你是不是病好后才工作的?
You say what happens first, then what happens next.
    Using this structure: ...之后,才/再... (after...then...)
