Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a correct expression for this sentence. I'm talking about make-up brushes, and in particular about the hair quality.
It comes from pony or goat, and the quality and softness depend on the area on the body of the animal where it has been taken (please, don't laugh... ).

I was thinking of something like: "various levels of quality depending on the area of ???"
