A company is any entity that engages in business and can take several legal forms:

Sole Proprietorships; General Partnerships; Limited Liability Company; Limited Partnerships and Corporations
A corporation is a business entity that legally exists separately from its owner(s). The owners of a corporation are shareholders; their percentage of ownership in the business is represented by their corporate stocks or shares.
So, as you see a corporation is a type of company.

NB the precise definitions of each type of company may differ from country to country and there may be other types of company.
