Ove non previsti sistemi automatici e di dimerizzazione dell’impianto di illuminazione l’elettricista dovrà porre particolare attenzione nel collocare gli interruttori al fine di rendere gli stessi accessibili ad un utente su sedia a rotelle.

Il mio tentativo di frase è

Where there doesn't exist a plan for automatic lighting or dimerization, the electician must give special attention to the location of light switches to make them easily accessible to wheelchair users.

( Dimerization refers to light switches that have dimmer knobs attached to them. )
