el contexto es la juramentacion de los miembros de un colegio de ingenieros. este mi intento:

• if you do it, God, the Fatherland and the Colegio de .... award you. otherwise they punish you.

“Si así lo hiciera, que Dios, la Patria y el Colegio de ..... del Perú lo premien, si no que ellos se lo demanden".

...que Dios y la Patria me lo demanden is the equivalent of so help me God.

So, maybe you could say:

...if he so does it, may God, the Fatherland, and the College of Engineers reward him; if not, may they help him.
