diploma di maturità artistica

Hi everybody!

I have to translate the title of Diploma di Maturità Artistica in English: it relates to the school leaving certificate after an high school of artistic subjects.
Could anyone can help me, please?

In these situations, the best thing is probably to leave the title of the qualification in Italian and write an explanation in English next to it.

Eg Diploma di maturità artistica (Artistic High School graduation qualification)

It might also be helpful to list the subjects covered by the diploma, in case other countries don't have "Artistic High Schools".
