Director => Directora?

    When translating the word director, if it is a woman would I translate it to Directora or would I just use Director. This is the context:
    Project Director, Marcia French

    Directora , definitely.

    AmE (New England) / español (Colombia)
    I've seen it both ways, but I prefer Directora.
