He climbed down from under the car, hands dirty with oil grease/dirtied with oil grease/dirted with oil grease.

I am not sure whether all are good and possible English.

    "Oil grease" is redundant. "Dirted" is not a word.
    I would use either "He climbed out from under the car, hands dirty with grease" or "... dirtied by grease".

    " . . . dirty and greasy."
    " . . . greasy hands."

    I would find "dirty/dirtied with grease" an odd phrase. Dirt and grease are two very different things to me.

    Also, how do you climb down from under a car? Wouldn't you climb up? Edit: Or as Myridon said, out?
