Hey there,
Could you help me with translation?
He was disappointed that he had not brought enough money
Il était déçu qu’iln’ait pas amené assez d’argent
I wasn’t sure if the subjunctive was necessary !

    Hi,

    As the subject is the same throughout the sentence (He was... he had not...), you don't need the subjunctive, but the infinitive instead ;)

    Remember : J'ai peur de faire (one subject) but J'ai peur qu'elle fasse (two verbs, two subjects).

    ....Il était déçu de ne pas avoir apporté (past infinitive) assez d'argent.
