discussed between/among us/ourselves

Hi,

When taking to a friend and you don't want him/her to tell other people about something, which one of these sentences is grammatical?

That should only be discussed between us
That should only be discussed among us
That should only be discussed between ourselves
That should only be discussed among ourselves

Do all of them mean the same thing? i think "between" can be used for more than 2 people but I'm not quite sure.

if all of the above sound awkward, would there be an appropriate/natural way to say this?

    I like the first option best (between us).

    In this case "among" fits better if there's more than 2 people and "between" fits better when there's 2 people.
