I want to display characters from Unicode Cyrillic Extended B on my Windows 7 laptop. Is there anyone who can help me with it?

The fonts BukyVede, RomanCyrillic, Method Std and Kliment Std were designed for use by Slavic medievalists, and they support most characters from the Cyrillic Extended-B block (some include all of them).
