Hi, everyone,


I want to ask my friend whether she can type .Can I ask like this :




Do you has got any computer tying skill?

    You can't use "do you" with "have got".

    "Have you got any typing skills?" would do better.
    or "Do you have any typing skills" if you want to use "do you"

    Hmm, what are computer typing skills? I might ask, Can you type? And if I really wanted to assess someone's ability: Are you a touch-typist?

    At the risk of tediously repeating myself, the idea of “typing skill” requires a personal evaluation of one’s own skill that makes the answer almost useless. “Oh, yes, I’m very skilled” means nothing.

    It seems to me that “Can you type?” is about all you need until you decide to get serious about determining skill. Then you ask, “How fast can you type?”
