¿'doctor receipt' es lo mismo que 'prescription'?

"Doctor receipt" no tiene sentido.
You can have a receipt for medical services (to prove you already paid the doctor). But even you just bought a doctor, I would call it a receipt for the doctor
Una receta = a prescription.
Separate names with a comma.
