Hi, every one
Can you explain the word "documented" for me . Here is context :
"There is no documented procedures for adapting to changes in customer requirements".

    The procedures aren't written down and formalized anywhere. When customer requirements change, people do whatever they feel is right, instead of following a policy of some kind.

    (It should be either "There is no documented procedure..." or "There are no documented procedures...")
