Doing my head in

I want to say "You are doing my head in", in other words "You are getting on my nerves."

Can the expression "Me quebra a cabeça" be applied to people or does it just relate to difficult problems?

Você está me enxendo o saco.
Você está me dando nos nervos.
    Você está me deixando nervoso.
    Você está me irritando.
Você está me dando dor de cabeça.

"Quebrar a cabeça" is more related to problems. But we can use expressions such "O professor fez os alunos quebrarem a cabeça com aquela questão difícil".

I think that in your context, besides the suggestions by MPA and anaczz, another one possible is "Você está me deixando de cabeça quente".
