¿Alguien me puede ayudar, por favor?
Commodity prices have twitched up in response to the weak dollar, but our view remains that the main risks to inflation stem from exchange rates and domestic capacity pressures. Gracias.

Hi, marcelasofia, "twitched up" in this case seems to mean "increase" so I would use the verb "subir"...los precios han subido

"Domestic capacity pressures" I would translate as presiones de capacidad doméstica... I'm not sure how else it would be translated... I hope this helps. :)

"Commodity prices have twitched up in response to the weak dollar, but our view remains that the main risks to inflation stem from exchange rates and domestic capacity pressures."

Saludos.
