This common answer to “Thanks” in English. Mη το αναφέρεις καν common Greek equivalent?

    Not VERY common, though not rare. Used in formal speech mostly. In everyday circumstances go for 'τίποτα' (older form: 'δεν κάνει τίποτα') [=nothing (to it)].
    'Mην το συζητάς' (literally meaning 'don't talk about that') can be used more commonly instead of 'Mην το αναφέρεις καν'.
