Is there a French equivalent to the expression "Don't get on your high horse (about something)"?

Il y a une expression très courante en Français : 'Ne monte pas sur tes grands chevaux (à propos de...)' qui signifie 'Don't make a mountain out of a molehill / don't take offence / don't get angry'.

I suspect that's a fine equivalent to 'Don't get on your high horse'.

« Monter sur ses grands chevaux ».

You can google it for further information.

Thanks - rarely can you adopt a virtually word for word translation of an expression like that!
