A: You did that, and now you have to be responsible for that.
B: Don't lay the blame at my door, you caused that incident.

- Did I use the right two phrases here "Don't..........that incident"?

    We would say "you have to take responsibility for it" instead of "be responsible...."

    B. is perfectly fine to say. To nitpick, I think a semi-colon (or even a full stop and new sentence) to replace the comma in that sentence.
