Che ne dite?
Starting next September he will pursue a double degree in Biomedical Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Politecnico di Milano.

Grazie.

A doubt: why not since next September ?
Moreover: doppia laurea is different from seconda laurea ? I think seconda laurea sounds better in italian unless doppia laurea has a special meaning.
Last one: isn't a Master of Science similar to a dottorato di ricerca ? I'm just guessing

A double degree program involves a student working for two different university degrees in parallel, either at the same institution or at different institutions, completing them in less time than it would take to earn them separately.

My double degree program in Biomedical Engineering is:
Three years of Bachelor of Science in Politecnico di Milano (done)
    +
One year of Master of Science in Politecnico di Milano (done)
    +
Two year of Master of Science in Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (since next September)

So I will award two master's degrees, one from each university. Besides, the Dottorato di Ricerca is the PhD (Philosophiae Doctor). In order of relevance: BSc<MSc<PhD.

Finally, Can I write in my biography:
Since next September he will pursue a double degree in Biomedical Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Politecnico di Milano.
    ?

Huh, thanks for explanation. Anyway, sorry for rethinking, but maybe from would fit better than since as pursuing is an action continuos in time, and why not saying at Katholieke instead of from ? I think you'll get a degree from them but you will pursue it at them.

"Doppia laurea" indica una "seconda laurea" dopo il Bachelor?

Dal prossimo mese di settembre sarà coinvolto in un programma di doppia laurea per conseguire il "Master of Science" in Ingegneria Biomedica presso la Katholieke Universiteit Leuven e il Politecnico di Milano.

Starting next September he will pursue a second degree in Biomedical Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Politecnico di Milano.

Starting next September he will pursue a graduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Politecnico di Milano.

    In September, he will...

    È questo che intendi?
