I need to know what this two sentences means:

"Doushite watashi wo minaino"

and

"Doushite ittara damenano"

"Doushite ittara damenano" >> どうして行ったら駄目なの >> Why shouldn't I/you/he/she/we/you/they go (there)?
"Doushite ittara damenano" >> どうして言ったら駄目なの >> Why shouldn't I/you/he/she/we/you/they say (it so)?

"tsuki no kiniro no hikari ga kokomade kiteru yo, nakanaide, orikousan ni shite" >> 月の金色の光がここまで来てるよ、泣かないで -orikousan ni shite- >> You can see the moonlight from here, don't cry, -orikousan ni shite- [Lit. "The yellow bright of the moon reaches this place...]. I don't understand "orikousan ni shite".
